Step into a transformative ceremony of healing, purification, and renewal—rooted in ancient wisdom that has been practiced and passed down for generations. This sacred experience weaves together time-honoured traditions that have been used for so long to support emotional release, energetic balance, and deep inner connection. We begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, an ancient ceremonial medicine traditionally used to cultivate clarity, presence, and emotional openness. As you sip the cacao, you are guided to set intentions and gently release what no longer serves you, allowing the heart to soften and open. The ceremony continues with a traditional Balinese cleansing and gratitude ritual, focused on release, purification, and ancestral connection. Through sacred movements, offerings, mindful presence, and the soothing scent of incense, this practice invites you to express gratitude—for life, for the elements, and for the ancestors who came before you. This gratitude-based ritual supports the clearing of stagnant energy while restoring harmony and balance within your energetic field. Following the ceremonial cleansing, Restorative Yin Yoga gently guides the body into deep relaxation. Slow, mindful postures allow the body to soften and lengthen, creating space for healing energy to flow freely while calming the nervous system. The experience concludes with the nurturing vibrations of sacred sound, as singing bowls and healing instruments bathe the body in frequencies that support emotional release, inner stillness, and energetic alignment. Extra fee applies for locations outside Ubud. 🧺 Private sessions: 1 yoga mat will be provided. Please prepare extra pillows or cushions to support your body during the practice.

At The Ayur Hub, each treatment is prepared with intention and care. To respect the time of our therapists and ensure fairness for all guests, please read our policy below: 1. Payment & Refund Policy All bookings require full payment to confirm the appointment. All payments are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, clients agree to this policy. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule by emailing theayurhub@gmail.com. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Requests made less than 2 hours before the session will be treated as a no-show. Rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking is considered used and cannot be moved again. The booking credit remains valid for 1 year from the original appointment date. If the client does not reschedule within 1 year, the credit curtains are forfeited. 3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Not attending the appointment or attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours before the session counts as a no-show. No-show bookings are forfeited with no refund and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be marked as a no-show. 4. Health & Medical Disclaimer Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Treatments at The Ayur Hub do not replace medical advice or medical care. The Ayur Hub is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: Has a condition that makes the treatment unsafe, Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, Violates spa rules or therapist boundaries. 6. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control, clients may reschedule within the 1-year validity. 7. Acceptance of Policy By booking and paying for a treatment at The Ayur Hub, clients acknowledge and accept all terms of this policy.
