Le yoga restauratif est une pratique lente et douce qui se concentre sur la pleine conscience et la relaxation profonde. En utilisant des accessoires tels que des couvertures, des coussins, des blocs et des sangles, nous soutenons le corps dans des poses de repos maintenues pendant 5 à 10 minutes. Cette approche nous permet de travailler avec le fascia de manière douce, favorisant la flexibilité et libérant les tensions tout en apaisant l'esprit. Nous engageons également les canaux méridiens, encourageant le flux de Qi (énergie) dans tout le corps. L'accent mis sur la conscience de la respiration nous aide à nous connecter profondément avec notre moi intérieur, favorisant la tranquillité et la guérison. La pratique du yoga restauratif convient à : Tous les niveaux, des débutants aux intermédiaires avancés, offrant des options pour un large éventail de niveaux de compétence. Les personnes ayant des limitations physiques, nos instructeurs étant heureux d'adapter la séance à vos besoins. Les individus qui sont au moins six mois après une blessure, assurant un environnement sûr et de soutien. Les enfants plus âgés, avec le consentement parental, pour une expérience réfléchie et engageante. Veuillez noter que cette pratique n'est pas appropriée pour les femmes enceintes.
Politique d'annulation
At The Ayur Hub, each treatment is prepared with intention and care. To respect the time of our therapists and ensure fairness for all guests, please read our policy below: 1. Payment & Refund Policy All bookings require full payment to confirm the appointment. All payments are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, clients agree to this policy. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule by emailing theayurhub@gmail.com. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Requests made less than 2 hours before the session will be treated as a no-show. Rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking is considered used and cannot be moved again. The booking credit remains valid for 1 year from the original appointment date. If the client does not reschedule within 1 year, the credit curtains are forfeited. 3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Not attending the appointment or attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours before the session counts as a no-show. No-show bookings are forfeited with no refund and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be marked as a no-show. 4. Health & Medical Disclaimer Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Treatments at The Ayur Hub do not replace medical advice or medical care. The Ayur Hub is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: Has a condition that makes the treatment unsafe, Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, Violates spa rules or therapist boundaries. 6. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control, clients may reschedule within the 1-year validity. 7. Acceptance of Policy By booking and paying for a treatment at The Ayur Hub, clients acknowledge and accept all terms of this policy.
