Embodied Unwinding Yoga est une pratique qui nous permet de nous exprimer en tant que véritables nous-mêmes, sans aucune règle. Cette approche libre invite au mouvement spontané, nous encourageant à nous concentrer sur nos corps et à écouter ce dont ils ont besoin. En libérant les contraintes des séquences structurées, nous créons un espace pour une véritable expression de soi et exploration. Cette pratique favorise une connexion plus profonde avec le "vous" intérieur, promouvant la libération émotionnelle, la liberté physique et une plus grande conscience de soi alors que nous embrassons qui nous sommes réellement. La pratique du Embodied Unwinding Yoga est adaptée à : Tous les niveaux, des débutants aux intermédiaires avancés, offrant des options pour une large gamme de niveaux de compétence. Ceux ayant des limitations physiques, nos instructeurs sont heureux d'adapter la séance à vos besoins.
Politique d'annulation
At The Ayur Hub, each treatment is prepared with intention and care. To respect the time of our therapists and ensure fairness for all guests, please read our policy below: 1. Payment & Refund Policy All bookings require full payment to confirm the appointment. All payments are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, clients agree to this policy. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule by emailing theayurhub@gmail.com. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Requests made less than 2 hours before the session will be treated as a no-show. Rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking is considered used and cannot be moved again. The booking credit remains valid for 1 year from the original appointment date. If the client does not reschedule within 1 year, the credit curtains are forfeited. 3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Not attending the appointment or attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours before the session counts as a no-show. No-show bookings are forfeited with no refund and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be marked as a no-show. 4. Health & Medical Disclaimer Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Treatments at The Ayur Hub do not replace medical advice or medical care. The Ayur Hub is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: Has a condition that makes the treatment unsafe, Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, Violates spa rules or therapist boundaries. 6. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control, clients may reschedule within the 1-year validity. 7. Acceptance of Policy By booking and paying for a treatment at The Ayur Hub, clients acknowledge and accept all terms of this policy.
