Le yoga Yin est une pratique de non-action qui nous encourage à relâcher nos muscles et à nous abandonner à la gravité. Nous tenons chaque posture pendant 3 à 5 minutes, permettant au corps de se détendre profondément et de s'ouvrir. Cette approche douce crée de l'espace pour que la fasciapour décharge la tension et que les canaux méridiens facilitent le flux de Qi (énergie). En embrassant cet abandon conscient, nous cultivons un profond sentiment de calme et de conscience, favorisant à la fois le bien-être physique et émotionnel. La pratique du yoga Yin est adaptée à : Tous les niveaux, des débutants aux intermédiaires avancés, avec des options pour un large éventail de niveaux de compétence. Les personnes ayant des limitations physiques, nos instructeurs étant heureux d'adapter la séance à vos besoins. Les individus qui sont au moins six mois post-blessure, garantissant un environnement sûr et de soutien. Les enfants plus âgés, à la discrétion des parents, pour une expérience consciente et engageante. Veuillez noter que cette pratique n'est pas appropriée pour les femmes enceintes.
Politique d'annulation
At The Ayur Hub, each treatment is prepared with intention and care. To respect the time of our therapists and ensure fairness for all guests, please read our policy below: 1. Payment & Refund Policy All bookings require full payment to confirm the appointment. All payments are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, clients agree to this policy. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule by emailing theayurhub@gmail.com. Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Requests made less than 2 hours before the session will be treated as a no-show. Rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking is considered used and cannot be moved again. The booking credit remains valid for 1 year from the original appointment date. If the client does not reschedule within 1 year, the credit curtains are forfeited. 3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Not attending the appointment or attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours before the session counts as a no-show. No-show bookings are forfeited with no refund and cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be marked as a no-show. 4. Health & Medical Disclaimer Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Treatments at The Ayur Hub do not replace medical advice or medical care. The Ayur Hub is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: Has a condition that makes the treatment unsafe, Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, Violates spa rules or therapist boundaries. 6. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control, clients may reschedule within the 1-year validity. 7. Acceptance of Policy By booking and paying for a treatment at The Ayur Hub, clients acknowledge and accept all terms of this policy.
